About Us

Lisa and Jeff Walling Owner’s of Re-Bath in Tucson came from the Phoenix area where Jeff owned his own residential real estate appraising business for 20 years. The existing Re-Bath of Tucson was purchased by the Walling’s in 2009. During the past 10 years Re-Bath has remodeled 5,200 bathrooms in Tucson. Most importantly, Re-Bath has helped people maintain their dignity and independence by remodeling bathrooms to fit their customer’s current needs and needs for the future.
In January of 2014 they expanded their Re-Bath business when they purchased another existing Re-Bath located in El Paso, Texas. In October 2016 they purchased another existing Re-Bath in Las Vegas, Nevada. They attribute their healthy growth to the systems that they have in place. Along with having a defined market and strategizing their ad campaign, they have a well-structured organization; which includes a VP of Sales, GM and Marketing Project Coordinator, Design Consultants, and Installation Team. The installers and design consultants are on commission and are incentivized to grow and increase their pay based on their quality production. These employees continue to strive with their personal growth which together has helped build and grow Re-Bath.The Walling’s goal is to focus on their core competencies, which include, attitude, integrity, quality. These competencies are embedded in the culture of their business, the employees and their own personal lives.Their greatest joy is to give back. They do this with their involvement financially as well as giving their time and talent to many organization.
