Jill Casson Owen has a diverse real estate and business transactional practice, providing advice to public and private entities and individuals. She also advises clients on a variety of federal, state and local regulatory compliance matters. In addition, Jill has worked on issues related to appropriation, management and sale of water rights.

Jill's real estate experience includes purchase and sale of real property, both commercial and residential, lease transactions for both lessors and lessees in commercial, retail and industrial properties, and transactions relating to the development of real property, condominium conversions, plat approvals, subdivision public report applications, drafting CCRs and other related documents; fraternity and sorority student housing and REITs.

Jill was recognized by Best Lawyers in America^® 2023 for Land Use and Zoning Law, as well as Real Estate Law.

Ben Hawkins focuses his practice in real estate, commercial finance and general business transactions. His real estate practice includes advising a broad range of clients throughout the United States in connection with mixed-use retail, residential and commercial ground and space leasing, joint ventures, real estate development, land purchase and sale transactions, master planned residential and commercial projects, title analysis and claims, water and mineral law and uses, land use, zoning and permitting, real estate financing and subdivision matters. Ben’s real estate experience includes transactions involving raw land, commercial, industrial, hotel, retail and residential properties.
