I currently chair the BRE meetings at SAHBA, and I also serve on the Board of the Southern Arizona chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) and acts as their Scholarship Chair. I keeps a close eye on the bigger picture - market trends, regional shifts, local regulations and political impact as well as national and global economic factors - because real estate decisions don’t happen in a bubble. I also keeps in mind the micro-markets, which is extremely important in Tucson. You like mid-century charm- I knows what neighborhoods might offer great options.
