The Business Referral Exchange (BRE) meets on the 1st Tuesday of each month for the purpose of: networking, relationship building, lead generation and sharing business with fellow SAHBA members. Open to members. Prospective members are also welcome. Contact steve@sahba.org for details.

This Month's Guest Speaker Ridge Wilson

Ridge Wilson is the founder of Stay Positive Safety Solutions and the Safe to Operate workforce development program, where he combines safety education, skilled-trades training, leadership development, and second-chance opportunities. Drawing from both professional safety experience and lived experience overcoming significant barriers, Ridge is passionate about developing people, strengthening the workforce, and creating safer, healthier workplaces.

TOPIC : Building Safer Sites by Building Stronger People

This session explores how workforce development can go beyond certifications by intentionally creating pathways for second-chance individuals while addressing the mental-health challenges that affect today’s workforce. Through the Safe to Operate program, Ridge will share how safety training, mentorship, accountability, and opportunity can work together to build safer jobsites while elevating people and strengthening the construction industry.

As always there will be time for networking and introductions.
