Lunch & Learn - Pima County Transportation Impact Fees

Pima County has initiated its impact fee update process and is proposing a significant increase to both their residential and non-residential transportation impact fees. 
 
Join SAHBA and MPA Members for an informative lunch meeting with Kathryn Skinner of Pima County’s Department Of Transportation.  Kathryn will be presenting attendees with an in depth look at Pima County’s proposed transportation impact fees, specifically the draft Land Use Assumptions (LUA) and Infrastructure Improvement Projects (IIP) list.

NOTE:  You must bring your own lunch to this event, if you'd like to eat during the session.
