Builder Member $ 1,000

$1,000 annually, plus permit assessments
- Builders are the core business of SAHBA. Builder Members are directly involved in building homes. They include small-volume builders, production builders, light commercial builders, and custom builders.
- Builder applicants also agree to the payment of a Dues Assessment in addition to Builder dues, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Association By-Laws, as may be amended from time to time. The Dues Assessment is billed pursuant to building permits, which indicate the applicant, applicant company or companies as owner or contractor. Assessments will begin with 1st permit pulled in any one calendar year. Permits will be assessed at $200.00 per Single- Family Residential building permit. Assessments cease after 600 permits per calendar year. Fees for the first five (5) permits issued annually are included in your membership dues.

Remodeler Member $ 500

Remodeler members are companies whose majority of business is remodeling homes vs building from the ground up.

Associate Member $ 550

Associate Members provide products or services to home builders and home buyers. They sell lumber, windows, appliances, etc. or offer services such as mortgage finance.

Developer Member $ 5,000

Developers do not construct homes but provide lots, developed land and master-planned communities to the builder.
