Pima IDA will speak about the PimaTucson Lighthouse 3.0 which is committing another $25 million for first-time home buyers, pairing a below-market fixed mortgage rate with a forgivable down payment loan. This is part of $100 million in the sale of single-family mortgage revenue bonds approved by the Pima County Board of Supervisors aimed at assisting first time home buyers.
